Replacing a sky in a scene with reflections takes extra work. The AI Sky Replacement tool doesn’t recognize and automatically fill in reflections. You need to use layers. The major steps:
Use the AI Sky Replacement tool as you normally would for the sky
Add a new Image Layer for the reflected sky
Vertically flip the new sky layer and reposition it to make a reflection
Duplicate your original photo and drag it to the top of the layer stack
Use the masking tools to reveal the new sky
I like to start with a luminosity mask for the reflected sky layer. Then use the masking brush with a lower strength to blend it in with the original scene.
