Aperture And Chromatic Aberration

Swami's Beach, Encinitas, California

When dealing with chromatic aberration, I prefer to correct it within Aperture at the start of my processing workflow. In particular, when working with a set of images that will be processed in another tool - Nik, Photomatix, OnOne, etc. - handling the aberration up front avoids compounding the problem. Watch this short video for an example of Aperture's Chromatic Aberration adjustment brick in action.
